Master Product

This is a more or less ideal procedure for a category of legal problems. A procedure as lean and smooth as possible: low costs, high procedural quality and high outcome quality, see Measuring Access to Justice.

The Master Product will be designed as a procedure that is more or less universally applicable. The master sets an example for development of the more realistic, Local product. It is like a template for local products.

Experiences with the local products also lead to refinements of the master product. Suggestions to change the master, and comments on it, could appear on the discussion page linked to the master. The Master product will be designed by using the know how of Dispute Resolution System Design.

The properties the master should have will be determined by the Product Requirements.

The Master Product is essential for reaching economies of scale. Once the master has been developed on the basis of sufficient local experience, the master can start being the template for the product in other locations.

We call it a Master, referring to the way Powerpoint has a Master that holds the design templates and everything else that is the same for each slide.
